How do you source your botanicals and herbs?
We source our botanicals and herbs from local US organic certified suppliers. This ensures that our products are of the highest quality and supports sustainable practices.
How many uses can I get out of one tea bath bag?
You can typically get 1-2 uses out of each tea bath bag, depending on the size of your tub and how intense you want the experience to be. Feel free to adjust the amount of product you use to suit your preferences.
Do I have to boil the tea bag?
While it's not required, we recommend boiling your tea bag if you have the time. Boiling helps draw more of the essence of the product out, enhancing your bathing experience. However, our tea bags are designed to allow you to steep solely in the hot water of your tub if boiling is not convenient. Just ensure that your tub water is sufficiently hot for the best results.

Order Issues: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving damaged products or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
Lost Orders: In the rare event that your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Refund Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully consider your selections before completing your order, as all sales are final.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution. Please note that our packaging is designed to protect your products, and any slight crumpling is intentional and explained further on our Social Mission page.
Damaged Items: If your items are damaged during transit, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund, please email us at BotanicalRitualTeaBath@gmail.com with the following information: Your Name, Order Number, Description of the damaged item(s), Picture(s) of the damaged product(s).
Refunds: Once your refund request is approved via email, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us or refused by the recipient, store credit will be issued, less initial shipping and return shipping costs, provided that no error was made on our part.
